Extensive Allergy Screening

Allergies develop when the body’s immune system mistakenly identifies substances such as pollen, mold, animal dander, or food as harmful. These substances are referred to as allergens. Allergens stimulate immune system cells to release certain chemicals, such as histamine, which then lead to allergy symptoms.

Extensive 107 Allergy Test

Our latest allergy testing, called the Extensive 107 Allergens Test, utilizes an in-vitro diagnostic test to accurately measure the concentrations of allergen-specific IgE in human serum or plasma using the immunoblotting technique.

Our latest allergy testing, called the Extensive 107 Allergens Test, utilizes an in-vitro diagnostic test to accurately measure the concentrations of allergen-specific IgE in human serum or plasma using the immunoblotting technique.

This comprehensive test screens for 107 allergens, including CCD and IgE, in 91 reporting items, all in one panel. Additionally, it utilizes multiplex, quantitative detection, which means that the test only requires a small volume of serum or plasma (100 uL). This makes it suitable for both pediatric and adult patients.

The use of an integrated CCD (cross carbohydrate determinates) marker on each test helps enhance the interpretation of cross-reactions, thus providing higher result accuracy.
